Things I think, that make no sense when written down..

Peter Pan says "You just think lovely,wonderful thoughts and they lift you up in the air" If this is true then I can truly say 18knots is a magical thought.

some people think things and believe them to be true, other people hear things and believe them to be true. meanwhile there are those who don't think and therefore have no beliefs and as for the people who see things but yet doubt there true they can be called blind. Although they can see things and touch things they doubt them. i think they can be called blind, just cause youe eyes work, if you can't process what they see can they be truly defined as being functional.

where this blog is going i have no idea, but i do know there is a path to be followed and we all lay our own path......i guess what i'm saying is that i'm stuck in a hotel in cork with to much time on my hands and nothing on the telly, and well i guess its the cork blood in me thats making me go slowly crazy.

The Weekend

Right so after much taught and laziness i decided not to go to Kerry for the weekend. So Halloween night was spent with Ruth, Janet, Niamh ant the two sproggs or the spider and the Vampire as that's what they were dressed up as. My old story telling tricks were put to the test and success i managed to scare them both. i also burned my hand with a sparkler but Ruth kissed it better for me so it was alright.  I also manged to remind Janet about the tiem she burned my eyelid approx 9 Halloweens ago in the club in Dun Laoighre..hehehe.

 

Saturday was great i was treated to 20knots NNE on Sutton, which was pretty sweet. it was as choppy as Sutton usually is with a full tide, but i managed to find a lovely flat spot up by the end of portmarnock and in front of the Golf club House.  i also did a few tacks up the Baldoyle Basin and it was great, it was like snowboarding on virgin powder. the water was so flat as it was being protected on all sides. had to coem in after about 2 hours as I could feel myself begining to freeze.  (bear in mind this was the first wekend were i was winter Kiting. i.e booties, gloves, hat, thermal rashie, 5mm wetsuit + rashie.)

 

Then Sunday myself Ruth, Becks and Jen went to powerscourt waterfall for  a nice walk. it was actually really cool, considering i was at the Niagara Falls only a month ago i though I'd be bored, but I admit i was impressed. its probably being about 20 years since I've been up there.

 

anyway fingers crossed for more kiting next weekend

Think i discovered a new way to update my blog, i just sent an email and i don't have to bother doing anything. nice and lazy, anyway time to checko out cause its hallowen and crazy things are about to start.......

sweet it worked, and now in realtion to my previous post i get to present to you an original from Roisin o' Suilbheain.

So i guess i have suffered a severe case of writers block... although by having writers block would suggest that i'm a writer to begin with... that is deffinatly questionable in my case. if you've met me or read an email from me you'll know what i'm saying.

SO since my lest blog i've got married in spain, went to toronto, hawaii and san fran on a honeymmon. being to england with work a number of times. photos are slowly making there way to flickr. hmm i must really figure out how to my blogs look nicer, maybe even link flickr photos adn highlight key words and add links. do i have to do that myself , or does the blog know i'm lazy adn auto links to thinkg i'm thinking. well if it did you may just see one read word on th epage saying "Boobs"

ok back to my travels, i think woth the airmiles i have done i have single handily made a spiece of rodents extinct. thats fine with me as long as their rodents and not soem cool animal like the komodo Dragon. Natures scary pet...

so i promise more updates more frequent...

First blog

Ok, so i'm a little bit hung over after last night and well don't quite feel like doing much work today and well this seems like soemthing i can do to past time. Anyway the long weekend starts in approx 6 hours. (approx is a bit of a funny word, it just sounds so offical)

The IKSA AGM is on tin strandhill this weeked and i'm not to sure if i should go down tonight or else tommorow morning. i guess that i'll have to check the weather forecast. if theres good wind i'll go down tonight.

hmmm good wind? let me explain. you see I fly kites, well if the truth be known i'm a bit of a KiteAholic. i'll see if i can post soem pictures later on.
